What to Expect:
Choose Your Distance: 5km/7km or 10km loops available
Paced Groups: Run at your own speed with groups setting off at 4:45, 5:30, and 6:30 per km
Explore Cardiff: Enjoy guided routes through some of Cardiff’s finest sights
Stay for Coffee: Post-run hangout at local coffee spots, because nothing pairs better with a run than a fresh brew
Bag Drop Available: Keep your gear safe while you run

📍 1st Sunday: Outpost, Pontcanna, 8:15am
📍 2nd & 4th Sundays: Donalds Pies, Cardiff City Centre, 8:15am
📍 3rd Sunday: Quantum Coffee, Cardiff Bay, 8:15am
