Safe and Welcoming Environment

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated

• Any form of violence, threats, or aggressive behaviour is strictly prohibited

• Respect personal boundaries and privacy of all members

• Report any concerns regarding safety or conduct to club leadership

Responsible Participation

• Follow club guidelines, and decisions made by leadership

• Respect shared resources, property, and facilities
