EZRC // BEARHUG: Shake Out Run

Ahead of the highly anticipate Cardiff Half Marathon, EZ joined forces with BEARHUG, Sport Tape and Donlad’s Pies to host a social shake out 5k, around the city centre.

Pre run, Sports Tape put on a free taping clinic at the Bearhug Store, where there was plenty of browsing their incredible bamboo joint and muscle sleeves. Whilst post run there were free pies and pints courtesy of the infamous Donald’s Pies. It really was the perfect way to soak up the atmosphere ahead of one of the biggest events the city see’s each year and certainly got our half marathon runners ready for race day.

Another perfect collaboration between some great Welsh brands and a community that values movement.
